Returns Policy

We accept returns only for damaged or defective items within 15 days of delivery. Please make sure the correct products are in your cart before ordering. We will issue a refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Some exceptions may be made for "buyers remorse" returns for a 10% restocking fee as long as the item is in the original packaging and is in re-sellable condition. The refunded amount will not include the original shipping cost. We're hoping as we grow we can move to a more accommodating return policy. Thanks for your understanding!

If a refund is issued, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Orders ship by FedEx ground by default. You can choose FedEx 2 day for an additional charge. Orders over $150 will ship for free. Please allow 24 hours for order processing. If your order is placed early in the day, you'll typically receive tracking by midnight that same day.
