How long will it take my order to ship?
Tracking typically shows up same-day and the item will ship out no later than one business day. Please allow up-to 24 hours for order processing.
What shipping method do you use?
Most orders ship FedEx ground. Some exceptions apply for cases like PO Boxes.
Can ammo ship 2 Day?
Nope. If you place an ammo order FedEx 2 Day your order may get switched to ground shipping and, if applicable, you'll receive a refund for the difference in shipping. I guess FedEx doesnt like putting ammo on airplanes.
Can you ship stun related items to NY?
Nope. Seems like the state of NY, IL, MA, and others, don't want folks to be able to protect themselves (This is not a comprehensive list). If you do place an order in a restricted state you'll be notified and your order will likely have to be cancelled.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from our warehouses in TX and MO.
Why are your prices for some items lower than other websites?
We try to keep our business overhead as low as we can so we can offer the most competitive pricing. We love equipping outdoor enthusiasts across the country so we see this as a mission as much as a business.
